Lighting With a Twist Lighting with a Twist is helping local retailers provide you with lower pricing and more styles of energy efficient compact fluorescent lighting. Northern Colorado Energy Star Homes (Outside link - will open in a new window) New homes certified as ENERGY STAR® use 15 to 30 percent less energy, are more comfortable with energy-saving components third-party inspected and properly designed and commissioned.
